If you are already an employer and are hiring employees to provide services funded through the Adult Family Care Respite system please download and print (do not print pages back to back) the following:

PLEASE NOTE:  Adult Family Care Respite is not a Developmental Services Program

      •     Adult Family Care Respite Time Sheet * (This time sheet is not to be used for Developmental Services payroll.   Use of this time sheet for Developmental Services respite will prevent an employee from being paid on a timely basis.)

Time sheets must be received by ARIS Solutions no later than Monday of the employee pay week.

Please refer to the Payroll Schedule for pay dates.

Time sheets submitted electronically, by email, or by fax must be received by ARIS Solutions no later than 12:00 noon on Monday of the pay week.

  • Employees may not begin to work until they have been cleared for background checks.
  • Employees who have not been paid on behalf of their employer for a period of one year or more are considered terminated. Employees must be rehired, including having all background checks run and cleared before being able to work.
